Business Security alert: Wallington Squere Area.

Hello everyone,

Your local Safer Neighbourhoods Team is aware of a recent incident involving criminal damage to shopfronts in the Wallington Square area, which took place during the late evening of 02/06/2026 A suspect was seen through CCTV ‘damaging glass doors of local businesses’.

We are actively conducting reassurance foot patrols in the square and speaking with local business owners to gather information and review security footage.

Ensure your shopfront CCTV cameras are fully operational and capturing clear angles of your entry points.

I you noticed any suspicious behaviour or have retail premises in the area that suffered similar damage that night, please report it online via the Metropolitan Police Website or call 101.
